KSA have an experienced project management team working in the commercial, educational, ecclesiastical and residential sectors. Project Management effectively enables a client to create a single point of contact on any given building project.

KSA have an extensive knowledge of all forms of building contract from the JCT Minor Works Building Contract through to Design and Build forms of contract.

KSA manage building projects from inception through to completion taking on the day-to-day responsibility for administration of any given contract. Involvement can range from contract administration on a smaller scale project through to larger schemes where a Project Management role will include formulating a project brief with the employer, advising on the appointment of and managing a larger team, reviewing and evaluating design solutions in relation to the project brief and administering the relevant building contract.
