Project Management

The Project Manager provides a single point of contact for a construction project, advising on and establishing a clear brief with stakeholders and setting a strategy to achieve the agreed cost, programme and quality targets.

The Project Manager advises on and manages site investigation works, appointment of the design team, review and evaluation of design solutions, appointment of contractors and any third parties that need to be involved in the successful delivery of a project.

For a project to be successful the Project Manager needs to have exceptional communication and leadership skills with appropriate experience and knowledge and must be flexible in approach, organised and driven. It is essential that the Project Manager takes ownership of a project, with the commitment that this entails.
