About Kevin:

Kevin established KSA Property in 2007 and is responsible for driving the overall strategy and performance of the practice ensuring the efficient operation of the business, focusing on continued client management and new business generation in addition to continuing overview of the multi-disciplinary teams.

​Kevin has over 30 years experience specialising in Project Management, Contract Administration and Building Consultancy across a variety of sectors. Kevin is also the appointed Quinquennial Inspector for a number of churches in the City of London.

​Kevin is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

About Matthew:

Matthew specialises in asset management incorporating investment, agency, lease advisory and property management. Matthew provides strategic advice to a number of clients from individual landlords & tenants, high net worth individuals to publicly listed property companies.

Matthew is involved with a variety of instructions across the UK with a focus on adding value through strong asset management.

Matthew is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

About Michael:

Michael specialises in asset management, with a background in investment, valuation and lease advisory services, as well as a background in financial services.

Michael is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and holds the Investment Management Certificate.

About Richard:

Richard has over 20 years of property experience, specialising in asset management and property management of mixed commercial portfolios including retail, leisure, office and industrial and has worked with a number of clients including listed companies, pension funds and high net worth individuals.

Richard has worked at both external property managers, focusing on service delivery of specific assets, direct client reporting, management of accounting performance, service charge management, retailer/tenant engagement, and more recently client side in both a Property and Asset Management role.

Richard is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

About Emily:

Emily has over 10 years of professional experience in the central London property market both as an Asset Manager at Aviva Investors and a Director of office leasing and development at Colliers International.

Emily specialises in representing a variety of Landlords and Tenants on leasing and relocations.

Emily also provides strategic management advice across UK based real estate portfolios in order to maximise the value from her clients assets.

​Emily is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

About Karen:

Karen has worked with KSA for over 25 years.

​Her role is PA and office manager and she is responsible for the smooth running of the offices, dealing with enquiries, secretarial work, administration and marketing.

About Tina:

Pedro is a Part 2 Architect experienced in various aspects of architectural design and project management.

​Pedro works within the building consultancy team and provides architectural services across a range of instructions including residential and commercial.

​Pedro assists in the preparation of measured surveys, concept plans, planning and building regulations as well as external presentation documents.

About Lara:

Lara is a centre supervisor and is responsible for running the Furlong Shopping Centre in Ringwood.

Lara has dedicated herself to the Furlong Shopping Centre as a one-person operation and living on site means she is available 24/7 too.

​Lara has won Centre Manager of the Year at the Sceptre Awards 2019. Lara has also won ACE STAR awards at the REVO ACE awards for customer service 2018 & 2020.

​Lara is an active supporter of GOSH. She is a Mental Health First Aider, First Aider and successfully completed Major Incident Training.

About Pedro:

Pedro is a Part 2 Architect experienced in various aspects of architectural design and project management.

​Pedro works within the building consultancy team and provides architectural services across a range of instructions including residential and commercial.

​Pedro assists in the preparation of measured surveys, concept plans, planning and building regulations as well as external presentation documents.

About Amanda:

Amanda has over 30 years’ experience in providing strategic and operational HR support and has extensive knowledge of employment law.

​She has a degree in psychology and is a certified Myers Briggs Practitioner

​She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

About Scout:

Scout is currently Chief Morale Officer (CMO) at KSA Property. He has recently completed his MSc which proves anything is Paw-sible!

​He loves to keep everyone company in the office, attending meetings and coffee breaks.
